Hi guys, I am just wondering if there is a way to make the "boxes" on a heatmap clickable?

What I like to try is when one box on the heatmap is clicked (or mouseovered), some data from disk or memory, which is relevant to this box, could be automatically read and displayed by the side of the heatmap.

Any suggestions? Do I have to try the push button with GUI? I am talking about possiblely 50 by 200 clickable boxes on a heatmap. Are there an easier way to make it scalable?
