i have an smc 2804 router, with the latest version of the firmware.
Running xp
DSL connected.

I used to have no problems with the old msn messenger and os update
page at the ms website.

But now with this ms live messenger (zone) I get an error 800488220
and extended 800 48439 error code.

Occasionally I may get the same reaction with sites using java
scripting to get pages

This happens only accessing pages though my router. Without my router
(pc connected directly to my modem) everything works fine.

I've tried dmz, port forwarding and enabling UPnP.

Signed stumped.
