migrating from VC6.0 project to vs.net 2003 which supposed to create an Excel
spreadsheet from a C++ project (no .net, no mfc)

apparently mso9.tlh is incompatible with the VC7PlatformSDK\Include\OleAcc.h

error c2011 IAccessible struct redefinition
