Please note that freeware is proprietary software which you are allowed to use at no cost, but it is not "free software" - i.e. you are not allowed insight into the source code and you are most often not allowed to redistribute the software at will. > using ubuntu and xp onmy other pc thanx Don Anything wrong with the Mozilla Seamonkey suite? Exists in flavors for UNIX and Windows, just like most Free & Open Source Software. http://www.mozilla.org P.S.: Had you used Google as a search engine before using it as a broken Usenet interface, then you would already have gotten your answers yourself. P.P.S.: Most regulars on Usenet filter out posts made through Google Groups because that's where most of the troll posts and spam come from. As such, using Google Groups as a means to post to Usenet - which is not a part of Google Groups; Google only archives Usenet and offers a broken web-based interface for posting to it - will significantly reduce your chances at getting useful replies. -- *Aragorn* (registered GNU/Linux user #223157) |
