From: Audrey M. on 27 Jul 2010 09:49 I have this instruction in SPSS code: Missing values score (9) For clarification score = variable that I have created and 9 is the value correspond to missing score. Does this instruction mean that Score=9 are removed or kept or anything else? Thanks.
From: Tom Abernathy on 27 Jul 2010 12:07 They are not removed from the data, but that will not contribute to calculations such MEAN. I suspect that just like SAS there are options to include them in some analyses, but in general they are not used.
