From the researches I've made, I can see that there are 2 ways to communicate matlab and plc. one of them is the opc toolbox in matlab and the otherone is another software by a company you can search it as M2PLC however, since i am a beginner in matlab I couldn't solve my problem. I will post a sample program to the File Exchange shortly..
