This is what I get on the following netsh commands,

netsh lan> show tracing
Registry access error 0x3

netsh lan> export profile folder=z:\Profiles
Specified folder "z:\Profiles" is invalid.
One or more parameters for the command are not correct or missing

My questions are:
What is the error 0x3 and how can I fix that ?
What am I missing or doing wrong on the export ?
