main changes
- various bugfixes
- can now send an arbitrary character in KipperTerm (by entering ASCII
value : option F5 from F1 telnet menu)
- change border colour to indicate telnet connect/disconnect in
KipperTerm
- after playing a SID in KipperKart, it goes back to last viewed dir
listing, not main menu
