Probably one way of doing this is to pass this folder path as an option to nmake by using parameter --with-extra-includes while running the configure command. How do I get nmake to find them? Justin did one small correction. It should be LIB path and not INCLUDE path as the missing files are DLL. He is going to try the suggestion and report back.
