I wanted to take advantage of using everything in 64 bit, but without the data acquisition, what's the point?

I wanted to take advantage of using everything in 64 bit, but without the data acquisition, what's the point? 1) not likely as this is depending on the hw/sw interface (ie, drivers) and not on ML... 2) ...what's the point(?)... good point(!)... us
From: Sherryl Radbil on 12 May 2010 18:17 Hi Neal, Regarding your question #1 - see this solution http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/en/data/1-1CAT7/?solution=1-1CAT7 for running 32 bit MATLAB on Windows 64. There is a note that the parallel port cannot be accessed from Data Acquisition Toolbox. Hope that helps, Sherryl
