hello ,
I have a problem that presents itself to me some time, I can not
perform backups on tape VXA-2 that gives me the error is as follows:
This device failed during request for MS_UpdateNtmsOmidInfo.
Error returned: 11.
There may be a hardware or media problem.
the operating system is win 2003 std
someone any solution?
I searched around but to no avail

Hello Nik,

Make sure to use the latest drivers for the drive, also update the server
OS to SP2 and the latest patches.
