You either have due reason, or you don't.

If you do, subpoena the phone company. However, if it's a cash purchased
payg and only ever been topped up with cash, you may be out of luck anyway.

If you don't, best you can do is call them. Ask to speak to Gordon
McClaggan. Insist that it's his phone and ask why he isn't answering it,
and they might eventually tell you whose phone it is.

Posting the number publicly is more likely to lead to someone telling
the user that someone's trying to trace them than it is to actually get
them identified.

It more likely to be someone whos either winding a mate up or has a
grudge with this number who thinks posting it on here will get everyone
rushing to phone it.

Try looking up bits of the number - such as the last 7 digits. I found
someone that way. CJB.
