Cardelli, Defragmenting a disk is not a Microsoft Office issue, it is an Operating system function. If it says that Chkdsk is "scheduled to run", then it will begin during boot up. Restart your computer so Chkdsk can run on the C drive. Once complete, retry defrag. BillyBob Hatfield |
