ost max dimension, but reg keys as missing!

I've read the aricle http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925 but the key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\..) are missing on my pc DO I have to manually add them? The problem unfortunatly is that I am using on other imap server and with imap outlook use only the old type file that has 2GB limit!!!
