From: Eddie on 8 Apr 2010 11:11 Hello all, One of my users outlook 2003 ost file will not exceed 2GB. On my exchange 2003 server I have his limit set to 2.5GB but he always get warned before he reaches the 2GB mark to clean up his mailbox. How can I fix this? Thanks, Eddie

There are registry settings that can control the size of the OST. Have you checked them? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925 -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
From: joefox on 8 Apr 2010 13:01 This may be an obviously silly question, but is the option to send a warning checked off in Exchange? You mentioned that his limit is set, but what about the other two options - send warning and prohibit send, etc?
