What is the problem?
How do I correct it?
Email provider says this is a Outlook/Microsoft problem.
Will take any help that I can get.

I suppose that I am techinally challenged...What does "Ping" mean? dial up

While connected via dialup, open a command prompt window and enter

ping yourmailserver

I am able to ping while connected...however no changes to error message
