Tim, One of my clients was getting the same error message but not from the same trigger, it would occur when trying to run customize from the Tools menu. It turns out that it may have been related to a bad upgrade to Outlook 2003 from 2000. In Add/Remove programs there was still an instance of Outlook 2000 SR-1. I removed the 2000 instance and ran a repair on the 2003 instance. Problem solved. Hopefully this helps you or any other users experiencing this. Rob. |
