From: JNgu on 6 Feb 2007 00:03 Hi, hope someone can point me the right direction. The outlook group policy allows me to configure "Always send a response" when Outlook is asked to respond to a read receipt request. After enabling the policy, the user's outlook tracking options setting under Tools --> Options --> Email Options --> Tracking Options are greyed out. So users can no longer tick/untick the "Read receipt" or "Delivery receipt" under "for all messages I send, request:". This is weird as that options are not even ticked under group policy. Why are they greyed out. When I un-apply the policy, the settings are not greyed out again. Basically, I want users to always send a read receipt if asked without prompting them. But I don't want them to loose the ability to request read or delivery receipt.
