From: Khalil on 3 Jan 2010 04:08 We can set it up our signature no problem in Outlook but in OWA we get a pop up 'Your signature exceeds the max size allowed please reduce its lenght or formatting before you save again' Can you point me in the right direction to change the size limit? Thanks Greg wrote: OWA Maximum Signature Length 27-Apr-07 I have a user that wants to increase the size of the signature in OWA. I have found the Outlook Web Access Web Administration tool, and it mentions that it makes it easy to set options that were previously only set through the registry. I have searched for a registry setting for maximum signature length, but have come up empty. The environment is Windows Small Business Server 2003, so I cannot install the tool on their server. I am hoping to avoid having to install the tool on a client machine. You can change the setting through the OWA admin tool which is supported on SBS 2003. Make sure the URL to access is https://servername/OWAAdmin -- John Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2009 Microsoft Certified Partner "Khalil Al-Chami" wrote in message news:2010134826khalil.alchami(a)hyderconsulting.com... > We can set it up our signature no problem in Outlook but in OWA we get a > pop up 'Your > signature exceeds the max size allowed please reduce its lenght or > formatting > before you save again' > Can you point me in the right direction to change the size limit? > Thanks > > > > Greg wrote: > > OWA Maximum Signature Length > 27-Apr-07 > > I have a user that wants to increase the size of the signature in OWA.
