Jay, I followd the steps you had for drawing a rectangle around the page to
change the color of just one page. However, when I do that it changes the
color of all my pages instead of just the one I drew the rectangle on. Any
suggestions?

This should not happen unless you were in the header layer when you drew the
rectangle.
