From: asofmay on 2 Mar 2010 17:24 When I go to print, the dialog box that appears on my monitor (asking me what pages I want to print) says on the status line "paper jam." The display on my printer says it's ready to print and there is no paper jam in it. However, I still can't print. Can anyone tell me how I might fix this problem? LB
