I would like that in a pcolor plot I have performed, the axis (line and axis markers)would be visible (the pcolor plot does not allow to see them.

Using the example from the documentation:

pcolor(hadamard(20))
colormap(gray(2))

I see the axes ticks and labels perfectly fine. If that's not the behavior
you're seeing, post a SMALL segment of code that people can run to try to
reproduce the behavior you're seeing.
