From: leiko on 30 Apr 2010 09:46 What is an example of perfect ideal, i.e. an ideal I in R s.t. depth_I(R)=pd(R/I) (pd=projective dimension), that is not generated by a regular sequence? Also, how can I show an ideal generated by a regular sequence is perfect? Thanks
