From: hand drawn circle on 7 Jan 2010 11:08 I want to expand each piece of an 8 slide pie chart. It's letting me expand each piece individually, but is there a way to expand all 8 slices at the same time so it still keeps a perfect pie shape? Thanks.

It may depend on which version of PPT you're using. Since you don't say and since that's what's open in front of me, we'll talk 2003. Doubleclick the chart to activate it. Click in the open area of the chart to make sure that none of the pie slides are selected, then click any pie slice. That'll select the whole series ... ie, all of the pie slices. Drag and they'll move together. It works more or less the same in 2007 but appears to be buggy. Whether it works or not seems to depend on which pie slice you click on to start. Undo is your friend here. If at first you don't succeed Ctrl+Z and try try again. ============================== PPT Frequently Asked Questions http://www.pptfaq.com/ PPTools add-ins for PowerPoint http://www.pptools.com/
