From: easilyconfused on 2 Mar 2010 17:58 is there a way to have a ppt sent by e-mail and when it opens have it run in slideshow mode? When I send them now they open as a ppt with all of the design tools visible. Any suggestions?

Save the PowerPoint as a PowerPoint Show (.pps or .ppsx), instead of a PowerPoint Presentation (.ppt or .pptx). However, sometimes even when you send a show, the user's system on the other end opens it differently. --David -- David M.
