In the application event log is: event id 1000, mso.dll error We are running XP SP3 and Office 2003 SP3 I have uninstalled and reinstalled office completely to no avail. Can someone help with some direction? Thanks
From: Pnoahjones on 26 Mar 2010 12:06 Hi If this occurs with Excel and the message is regarding the mso.dll file, you may want to try deleting the user's *.xlb files. These files contain information that has to do with the user's toolbar customization and they are not so important and will be recreated automatically. They are stored in c:\documents and settings\%username%\application data\microsoft\excel\. Make back-ups just in case.
