When you setup a meeting, appointment or task on the calender, there is a
space for notes... How can I print or display these on the calendar?

if you use the Day/Week/month view with autopreview, you'll see the notes in
the calendar, as space permits. Ie if the time scale is 30 min and you have
a 2 hr appointment, there is more space for the notes.
