On the PC I could do this with a kluge called Mail Merge... Open MS Word, use Tools -> Mail Merge, fool with this tool for what seemed like an eternity (put "The " on the first line, then the last name, etc.) Mail Merge was really designed to send out form letters "Dear Mr/Mrs. Smith are your insurance rates to high?" It was possible, but it was a pain in the butt!
