From: Carma on 29 Mar 2010 16:49 I had to replace my harddrive and reload all my programs. Now when I print a word doc., about every third line the top of the line is cut off at the top. I have reloaded all the drivers for the printer and for Office professional. I have gone through all the troubleshooting tutorials. I'm at a loss on what to do! Text from a Power Point slide prints fine.
