Last ideas:

1. Look if in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\Memory
Management
PagedPoolSize is set to 0

If not, try that.

2. If Norton Antivirus installed disable it temporarily and try then
