problem with Safari, Chrome & Omniweb, but not Opera or Firefox css

When I log in to the control panel with Safari or Chrome, I get the basic html layout, but if I use Opera or Firefox, I get the full CSS goodness. Is this likely to be something I can fix, or some bugrup of a recent webkit update? Anyone else seeing problems? -- Pd
