Not that this will be of any help, but I've had the same problem,
although for me it has only crashed when either listening to music or
watching a video. At first it was infrequent but it has become more
frequent and I am surprised my hard drive hasn't died yet from all the
times I've had to turn it off. Any ideas what it might be? I've only had
the laptop for 4 months.
