From: Cindy on 31 Mar 2010 23:16 I purchased the Office Professional 2007. I am trying to work on my documents in Word program. The system is asking me to enter my PRODUCT KEY CODE. I have entered the key code, but a message is coming up that it's the wrong key code. How is it wrong when it accept it before? How can I get pass this or get the system to accept the key code again? Why would I get asked to enter the key code again? I purchased the product from the store. Isn't the product mine to use since I bought the program? Thanks
