Yes, the provision-backend script has been rolled into the main
provision script, to make it easier for users.

Some extra options (like the path to slapd) are now required parameters
to slapd. Also note that this will not work in the latest alpha, but we
hope to integrate some patches Endi has been working on to fix this
soon.
