I've added in the loop the i386 buildd maintainers, so that they can
give twisted a look (it's in Uploaded for 16d).

python-twisted-core is an Arch: all package, so the same package is
used on all arches. According to pdo[1], sid has 10.0.0-3 while
squeeze (testing) only has 10.0.0-2.
