re-mount external drive?

From: SpreadTooThin on 10 Aug 2010 11:57 I connected an external hard drive by firewire to my mini, later i right clicked on it and ejected it. How can I 're-mount' it without removing the firewire cable and reconnecting it? Is there a command line or gui to do this?
