There are two places you can do this. First, go into the Group Policy Management Console, run an RSOP (Resultant Set of Policy) choosing that user account, in logging mode. Here's more info:

You can also simply go to the workstation with that user logged on, open a command prompt and type in the following and look at the policies applying to it, for the computer and user:
gpresult /R
