sabrina,
Other than the obvious "review your schedule and adjust accordingly",
what exactly do you define as "buffer"?

You might want to go to our MVP webpage at,
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm, and click on the line that says,
"Before Posting - Click Here".

Hi,

Shorten the tasks, I imagine.
How you can do that realistically depends on your project (more resources?
Review the scope? Review the estimates?)
Project cannot really help you as such.

I think you need to tell us how you built the original schedule buffer, and
then we can help you with how to rebuild it. Let us know.
