From: Debora on 9 Aug 2010 15:00 Hi, Jan Well, I've always read that nyquest number for emg is 1000 and Basmajian and De Luca say the frequencies are from 15, 20 Hz, up to around 500. That's what I've always used and it has always work fine. In fact, when I used a bortec electromyographer I did not have this low frequencies noise, but this new equipment saturates in really low frequencies. If this signal is turned on and off, e.g. if you do not measure a isometrical load, there will be a signal with a smaller frequency, of course. > So I'm still not convinced, that these parts of the signal should by removed at all. > > Kind regards, Jan
