This is the 4th edition of this book, and still, order and
organization seem elusive
to me. But I am not going to let it bother me as much anymore. I am
going to
work towards a organizing with each new edition.

At the moment I am waiting for a prism to be sent to me to check out
the
oncoming white headlights as redshifted. I have done the fiberglass
experiment
but want to check out the prism. I believe the Cosmic redshift as a
Doppler
redshift is a bogus science, because, if you think about it, you need
enormous
speeds to obtain a Doppler effect on light. You do not need enormous
speed
with sound waves. Sound waves do not follow a Special Relativity
principle.

So the trouble with a Doppler redshift is multifold:
(a) how do you couple Space speeding along in a Big Bang explosion
with the
Matter that resides in Space? There is no coupling.
(b) how does anyone reconcile a galaxy riding on Space that is moving
at speed
of light?
(c) Light follows the Special Relativity principle, and so how does
one have
a Doppler redshift that does not contradict Special Relativity?
(d) to measure a Doppler redshift, there are too many assumptions and
presumptions
involved

On the other hand, a Refraction Redshift is easily gotten and an
enormous redshift
is possible with refraction. So if ever there is a application of
Occam's Razor-- the
easiest answer is usually the true answer, then a Refraction Redshift
is the easiest.

To prove whether the Cosmic Redshift is due to Refraction is an easy
proof, because
the most redshifted galaxy is white light that is not moving away from
Earth, but
rather, like the car headlight, is moving towards Earth.

So in order for me to prove that the Cosmic Redshift is really a
Refraction Redshift,
all I have to do is show in one case where a source is redshifted, yet
moving fastly
towards Earth, not away from Earth but towards Earth. I suspect some
people have
already witnessed such a case, but never publically revealed what they
had found.

So while I wait, let me reshuffle these chapters. I thought it best to
reshuffle and to
put the chapters that are less likely to be changing near the front of
the book and
the chapters such as this telescope distance limit and the prism
experiment on
redshift and the Tifft quantized galaxy speeds and the MECO theory and
other
observations put them more to the second half of the book since they
are highly
subject to change with new information and data coming in all the
time.

Let me put what is less likely to change in the front half of the
book.
