From: Zhen on 13 Jul 2010 17:47 Hi, I created an ellipsoid model of the Earth using the functions "ellipsoid" and "surf" and set the image of the model to be the Earth. I am now trying to rotate the ellipsoid to show the Earth model rotating. I've looked online a bit at the "rotate" function but it doesn't seem to do what I want it to do (i.e., the ellipsoid is being rotated but the image of the Earth stays the same). Is there a way to make both the Earth model and the image of the Earth rotate? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks! You want to change your point of view, not the data. help view Cheers, Cris. |
