From: Nka on 10 Jan 2010 21:58 I would like to have an outlook 2003 rule that runs on the deleted items folder, and returns to inbox any deleted items that are flagged. This is to prevent accidental deletion of flagged items.
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 10 Jan 2010 23:01 create a rule that looks for flagged messages and move them to a new folder - you'll need to use Run Rules now for it to work. Or create a view that shows flagged messages and hides unflagged items and move the flagged items yourself. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "Nka" <Nka(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:14ED7774-E72A-4839-BA60-2A4F5F98430F(a)microsoft.com... > I would like to have an outlook 2003 rule that runs on the deleted items > folder, and returns to inbox any deleted items that are flagged.
