I should have been more clear ... if I connect remotely, then try to run Matlab i get a license error, but I leave matlab open then go home and remote desktop, then it works fine. Regarding the question about Matlab for Windows at work and at home you have the Mac version, the code should run the same unless you are calling hardware not available on your mac machine ... such as the winsound (sound card) it might be different hardware, but check with forum and do some web searches.
