From: tonita on 23 Nov 2005 16:09 I am using a dell laptop, few months old, windows xp. The past couple of days when I want to open internet explorer to go online, I get a runtime error that says this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Then I have to restart the computer to get online. Anyone know how to fix this and what is causing it? Thanks
From: Mike on 23 Nov 2005 17:05 It sounds like you might have a virus that is using ie to start a runtime program you might want to take a look at that also startup your task manager before you start ie and see what is trying to launch when you start ie "tonita" wrote: > I am using a dell laptop, few months old, windows xp.
