salvage TS license

I don't know where they got the licenses from, retail or eopen. My question is anyway to salvage or somehow recover their CAL and install on my existing TS licensing server. Thanks Calvin
From: Silvia Doomra [MSFT] on 29 Jan 2010 03:00 You first need to recover the paper work for that (I.e. Agreement numbers) and old license server ID. For that you need to contact the TAM (Technical Account Manager), he might help you in recovering the data.
