Does anyone here familiar to SIMULANNEALBND can explain and describe generally the graph in @saplotstopping. what does this graph mean?....i do not really understand.

According to the documentation, SAPLOTSTOPPING shows the stopping criteria.

In a quick test, it looks like this plot function shows how close the
simulated annealing has gotten to the MaxIter, MaxFunEval, and TimeLimit
criteria.
