how do i stop my Outlook calendar deleting entries beyond 6 mths?

Turn off autoarchive (right click on the calendar, choose properties - check
the autoarchive settings) or change the sync settings on your smartphone -
if autoarchivei s not enabled, it's the smartphone deleting them.
