From: Reinhard Skarbal on 28 Nov 2009 12:07 Hi there are many "screen-recorders" to capture my-pc-work into a "tutorial", but none of those screen-recorders fit my whishes : capture only changes, mark mouse-clicks add audio from the microphone. For playing back : stop/pause and resume button. Freeware I tried : CamStudio20.exe : very nice, but takes n pictures per second wink20-1060.zip : very nice, but no audio screen2exe : no stop/pause and resume button. Debut Video Capture : can't work with it Thanks a lot reinhard.skarbal(a)aon.at

Basic Screen Recorder http://www.zynto.com/basic-screen-recorder/ I've never found a screen recorder that kept audio sync.

BSR Screen Recorder or Bulents Screen Recorder http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Graphic/Graphic-Capture/Bulents-Screen-Recorder.shtml http://www.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/Bulents-Screen-Recorder-Screenshot-11660.html http://fly.to/bulent http://www.thesilver.net/ Limitations: The demo version will record a watermark on all videos.

The only suggestion is one you have not listed http://www.ejoystudio.com/oripa-screen-recorder/index.htm Give it a try and tell us if it is any good. I use linux (recordmydesktop & xvidcap) now and what I have found. Record the video Edit the video Record the soundtrack Mux the video and sound into the finished tutorial. Very difficult to do both at the same time without a few umm's & err's creeping in. -- rich |
