That's the WindowsUpdate.log, not the msxml4-KB936181-enu.LOG
The errors shown are generic rather than specific.
0x00000643 and 0x8024200B translate to
Fatal installation error and the update failed to install.
We know that already <w>
Please post the msxml4-KB936181-enu.LOG and perhaps we'll see
the specific error.
