From: playhardergirl on 7 Dec 2009 08:25 I have 3 email accounts in Outlook 2003 that I send and receive emails from. I used to be able to change the email account in which to Send a new email from; but that feature disappeared at some point. I checked the support page and tried to find instructions on how to set up Outlook 2003 to allow you to be able to select a different email address to send an email from rather than always sending emails from the main, default email address. The instructions said to click on "Accounts" in a new email. I do not have that option anywhere in a new email message and I do not see "Accounts" anywhere in the main menu for Outlook. Can anyone help me find out what happened and why I can't select a different email address to send a new email from? I am using Vista 64-bit; and I have had plenty of crashes with Outlook 2003 since I installed it onto this computer running Vista...but it usually just restarts the program and I can operate it normally once it does. THANKS VERY MUCH for any assistance you can offer!

(At least it is in 2007 - haven't used 2003 for some years)

From: playhardergirl on 7 Dec 2009 10:44 I understand it's not "accountS." There is no word "Account" under the Send button. I'm telling you it's not anywhere to be found. I'm not a beginner computer or Outlook user and I'm not looking past it... it's not there at all. I remember being able to use the feature, but the word "Account" is not there anymore and I don't know how to get it back. Possibly removing Outlook and reinstalling it.??
